Quality Forums are a specially structured support environment for members which allows them to give and receive the benefit of their experiences and insights as well as gaining professional support and personal development . Groups are comprised of 8-10 members who meet regularly (monthly/bi-monthly) for 2 hours. A Quality Forum operates with a set of sophisticated ground rules and procedures to ensure the quality and integrity of the member experience. Quality Forum is not a “Fix It” or “Therapy Group” – it is a confidential gathering of business women from diverse backgrounds or Industries, coming together as peers to engage and encourage each other. Quality Forums comprise of like-minded entrepreneurial women who share the common desire for the pursuit of professional quality and personal success. Quality Forums comprise of women helping women to learn, grow and build trusted friendships – like your own personal board of directors.

Our mentors are chosen very carefully from our membership base. Women who are willing to become mentors and at all times up hold the values of our organisation to foster and support women grow in business. Our Coveted Federation Awards are a bi-annual event to recognise, celebrate and award women who have risen to the top of their profession and are now an example and leading light for others to follow.

Our world wide membership benefit from international trade missions and local exhibitions. International chapters regularly host trade exhibitions, inviting members to participate. This can be a lot of fun, very rewarding and fact-finding for future market opportunities.

IWFCI has establishment a member based Business Connections Program with the first introduction free to members then there on after on a fee-for-service basis for more formal work. This program is designed to offer members introductions to overseas IWFCI members. It can be applied to a range of enquiries which may include country specific regulatory assistance and links. As an example: export, import, investment, joint venture, migration or other business connections. It could even be used for personal matters where the enquiring member considers that other members may be able to provide a specific service as requested.

The IWFCI Global Women's Trade Summit is the highlight of the IWFCI Calendar where International Chapters rotate as the host country.

This event brings businesswomen from across the world to not only support the development of new contacts and friendships, but also to explore potential markets for their businesses. With Keynote speakers from Government and industry leaders from around the world who are experts in their fields; addressing current and topical issues and trends that affect every area of our businesses, now and in future.

The Summit also enables members and sponsors to promote their businesses with trade stalls, business match-making, local cultural excursions, government introductions and cultural business briefings. The Summit ends with a spectacular black tie Gala event with entertainment, fashion show of the host country's national designs, plus sumptuous local foods and celebration.
